Just got back from one. Couple of these per day. Highly recommend. Replace TV if you can’t find the time. The time is there. Often consumed by hours spent mindlessly lost as a consumer.
This is how I started losing weight back when I was fat. I would listen to a full Joe Rogan episode while walking along the river in the morning. Quick way to go through shoes 🤣
Facts. though mine are 40 min runs. Audiobooks are a cheat code.
