ah yeah i hadn't even thought about that aspect... banksters use this to soften up populations with easy credit for housing and pump the prices... it was slow to come to the balkans but it's in full swing now and that's a real downside

my first choice now for where to live is literally the cheapest land in the USA, the dry, elevated prairies of southern Wyoming

prices are a good indicator of how much privacy and freedom you are gonna get in a place - higher prices, less freedom less privacy
