i wore a rain suit, light version of motorcycle bibs, works ok for rain, really to break the wind when its cold, dry socks and work boots in my backpack, tshirt too just in case rain is real bad, nothing is impervious... have warm stuff on standby at the job, just suffer wet pants for a few hrs, gloves are a given, unimportant to control "feel" so thickness can be whatever keeps you warm

battery cycle sucks with lithium, expensive to replace if your commuting daily, cant harvest used cells anymore because "internet"
engine is loud, draws undue attention, fuel needs, but much more practical, location dependent on powersource choice

no suspension.. just big fat tires you can air down if needed, suspension is complicated and stupid on a light cuckcycle.. see example below

seating is subjective, fully driven no pedaling, recumbent is comfy, but low, risk of out of sightlines and instant in traffic tbone, pedal assisted is difficult to gauge, spent some bux on a fancy seat that doesnt restrict movement, but doesnt zap the taint... nothing is comfy about bicycle cucking, even if its motorized... you really gotta like bike cucking to commit to it as a utility, i became extremely angry during my extent of commuting on one because i had to...
