Yes it's definitely miche with a ton of potential. I think nostr is currently pigeonholed as a Twitter clone. I think the focus shouldn't necessarily be on non-bitcoin content, but to build out useful non twitter-like applications on top of the protocol. 

I believe the true killer property of nostr is digital identity and reputation that follows you across apps. This applies beyond just social media.
