Great question! We could do that right now selectively manually using code injections. Ghost themes do have some support for internationalization, but we haven't used them and will take a while to figure things out here. That's on a longer-term roadmap. If there's a production site that needs translation please reach out, will try to help with manual translation.
Right now there's no way to exclude hashtags, you'd need to manually mention included hashtags. But exclusion hashtags looks like a pretty simple feature, adding to the todo list, thanks!

Other thing: would be great to allow submenus. I would like to have a hashtag on menu and submenus inside this hashtag. Do you know what I mean? Thanks.
I understand the need here, but it might be non-trivial because Ghost themes that we use don't support this. So will leave this as a longer-term idea.
This guy ( https://reiartur.npub.pro/ ) uses a theme (by @GodoFredoNinja), same i'm using, but I can't get the "featured posts" in that banner position. Just tried with notes and long-forms. Does it require something special to work?
Try going to Theme settings of your site from npub.pro/admin then choose Theme tab, some theme-specific settings are presented there.
