The initial budget estimate for the 2024 Paris Olympics was set at €6.8 billion in 2018. 

However, this estimate has been revised upwards over time, with the budget increasing to €8.3 billion by 2022.

At present, the cost for facilities and operations, including the opening ceremony, has been about €9.1 billion or about $10.0 billion.
