I hear rhetoric like this from boomers all the time when topics about living wages or equitable adjustments to minimum wage law are brought up---but, then, when either at a market or a restaurant or somewhere otherwise where human beings have been replaced with automated kiosks, those same boomers get infuriated and lose their mind and start bemoaning how "service" doesn't exist anymore, etc. etc..
