humans have a soul, animals do not.  does a fetus have a soul ?  does a whale with a brain 5 times the size of human brain have a soul ?  does a 60 IQ Nigger Cannibal have a soul ?

also apparently police dogs have a soul but the dogs police shoot do not.

and in case of Americans there is the added layer of Americans are human while people who are not Americans are not human.  so a Mexican in Mexico is a dog but once he crosses the border he is now human.

or how about "all men are created equal and have god given right to liberty" ( written by slave owners ) ...

age of consent is simply more of this kind of BS ...
