Well attempt at fixing the mower was a bust. Issue with the fuel tank and they don't make a replacement one. Changed out the spark plug, fuel line, air filter, cleaned the carburetor seemed okay then....nothing. Looks like fuel is kicking out the tank. Going to take it to a small engine guy down the street. May pay him extra to let me hang out with him to try and learn more.
Kind of a bust, but enjoyable.

yeah it's an older mower and has been used hard. The replacement tank isn't made but by special order from China and is on undetermined back order. Took me 30min to find the appropriate gas cap online lol. I'm sure this guy has a spare or knows a work around. It was fun tinkering with it though. I don't know much about small engines so it's been a learning experience
So not a bust then eh ?? 😉

oh the mower itself is a bust for today. The experience has actually been fun for sure.
