 15 minute warm up, 3 mile run, 15 minute cool down.

On one hand, I’m amazed at how far I’ve come since starting to run again this summer.

On the other hand, it’s obvious I’m really slow compared to my younger/in shape self.

It will fun to see if I get faster this fall just by staying consistent.
