 I’m confused. You say to not use nostr.wine and then you later recommend it. Which is it? I am clearly not understanding something from reading this

 It's recommended for some purposes, but not others. It's important that you use the right relay for the right purpose. Brush up on the various NIPs so you can understand the different capabilities of the various relays, and pick the best one for each of the different catagories.
