If these problems can be solved and reversed, I think we will see an increase in births. People don't want children to grow up in a bad area and under hostile conditions, for example violence and mandatory government propaganda in schools, so the alternative for young couples is often to build up capital and move to somewhere safe before they have children.

Also we need strong gun carry regulations in Scandinavia. If most of the working population is armed, criminals will soon learn to stay away from our peninsula.
