The new iMac also boasts improved security features, such as Touch ID, which allows users to securely unlock their computer, make online purchases, and download apps. The device runs on macOS Sequoia, which includes features like iPhone Mirroring, Highlights in Safari, and Personalized Spatial Audio for an enhanced gaming experience.

Furthermore, the new iMac prioritizes environmental sustainability, with 100% recycled aluminum in its stand and other eco-friendly materials used in its construction. Apple has also committed to reducing plastic usage in its packaging by 2025 as part of its carbon neutrality goals.
