This is a great reminder of digital security. 

1. Never take a picture of your seed phrase
2. Google does not call on behalf of your safety
3. Read text messages carefully and do not respond to scammy looking texts
4. Backup all google accounts with as much verification as possible and dont use google 2FA for gmail. Use another app. 
5. NEVER GIVE YOUR SEED PHRASE TO ANYONE
