Hey, pssst… Canadians from cold weather climates.. 

First. Be nice to me for my ignorance, I’m trying to learn. 🤗

Second. Please help me understand how to make the best use of a block heater for our car this winter. We have a plug in our parking stall and we’re responsible for the costs, so I want to use as little electricity as possible. 

We have a newer vehicle, use synthetic oil and keep it well maintained.
