Two environmental activists threw soup at the Mona Lisa painting in the Louvre on Sunday.
As part of the farmers' protests across Europe, the two activists justified their action by their desire to promote "the right to healthy, sustainable food". 🤡

Incentives to eat more steak 🥩. If these children are the future, we are ngmi.
 Fucking punks
The times I've been to the Louvre, this room is always stupid packed, so the fact that it's empty, no security is beating them with baguettes, and it's an attack on the pride of a national icon makes me think this is reverse propaganda that is attempting to disuade the french from being on the "lunatic side" with these idiots.

I was reading a book about Leonardo Da Vinci with my son as part of homeschooling him. It ends up that nobody thought too much about he Mona Lisa until was stolen. When they found out it was stolen, there was tons of news and when it was returned to the Louvre, it was suddenly super popular. If it was never stolen, it may have never become the famous painting it now is. It probably would've remained one of many nice paintings by Da Vinci.
Yeah when I went it was behind thick glass and it was jammed. 🤷‍♂️
i pity these retards, they have no idea what they're doing.
 Useful idiots
really? who cares about that stupid painting. davos wants all of us on synthetic food.
Throwing food on art is not a way to support farmers. They do this because they saw it before on tiktok or insta, they have no arguments or solutions to solve problems so they try to catch attention doing dumb actions. Now in France local news on tv and media doesn't show it when this happen to not give them attention
what the average person who just seen this video is expected to feel, think and do?
They both have a pocket full of buggers.
Oh dude. I don't appreciate that!
We have reached summits of stupidity.
If they defend everyone's right to access to healthy food, why doesn't she distribute this soup to the homeless in Paris instead of wasting it...
It's in France, there is farmers riot in France too now, because most supermarket prefer to buy products from other countries, of poor quality, while in France farmers work hard and spend money to produce high quality food

I strongly support the farmers all over Europe, but this shit is at best counterproductive and needs to be punished harder. There's copycat retards everywhere on social media that want to do this when they see it done.
