Hi Adam, I’m a newbie to this as well!  not saying this is the best or whatever, but here is a link I used, and it couldn’t have been simpler to set up my lightning wallet so that I could zap. you can get this information from your profile and it’s only a couple of questions then it will allow you to purchase Satoshi’s through the Primal app so you can zap people.  hooe this helps!
