...and, typical gutter-atty tactic...throw a wide net over many "defendants," with spurious emotional claims, a huge award demand, a public splash to defame as many people as possible...and wait for a settlement that results from the realization of the "defendants," who must decide between paying $$$$$ to make the case go away, and dying by a million expensive papercuts.

Law isn't about whether you are righteous in your cause, but whether you can financially outlive your opponent's will to win.
