Oof. That's not cheap. I'm not really wanting to spend that much, though, it looks like a very good package.
$150-200 USD is expected for a decent midgrade one.
That's... Kinda ridiculous for the hardware. *sighs* It is what it is.
The other issue is that they don't have a single package that doesn't nickel and dime you to death.
Geez. That price bracket kinda sucks. Moving up to $300 gets you a lot better hardware and UX.
Yea I am sure there are better value dash cams out there. I'll do some research. That definitely saved her a lot of money it paid for itself in that situation for her.
I watched this to get me started on what is good:

Thanks for linking it. I'll take a look.
You're welcome.
If I wasn't so fiat poor, I'd buy the Viofo A229 Pro right now. There's a $90 coupon on the three channel model on Amazon right now and that is a very good deal.
Maybe can find one for great price on the used market like ebay.
Nothing used for that model on ebay, but... I'm not in a rush.
Set some price alerts on camelcamelcamel too. Us Bitcoiner are very patient when shopping for items too 😂. I get a lot of great condition used stuff on ebay just got make sure seller has decent reputation. Best of luck finding a great deal. Patience is key.
