Kremlin blames US for 'barbaric' ATACMS missile attack on Crimea

The Kremlin directly blamed the United States for a Ukrainian attack on Crimea with U.S.-supplied ATACMS missiles that killed at least four people, including two children, and injured 151 more. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that it was clear who supplied the weapons, aimed them, and provided data for them.
