coldcard, hands down.  I've tried most HW wallets on the market and it is first in class.  

I don't use a hot wallet.  I do not trade my bitcoin for anything right now.  Some day i will trade some for things that improve the lives of those I love, but 75k in purchasing power is not nearly enough.
