Nice. The only reason I know about this is because I saw a video of a guy making eggs and sausage on a rock. He melted some butter on it and the eggs didn't stick at all. It was pretty magical.
What type(s) of stone? Basalt?
I don't know. I'm very uncultured when it comes to rocks.
Stoneware is slept on, it’s the best for baking a lot of things
I feel like I really hit on something here. Not to mention pizzas and other breads turn out great on stone.
