Dutch politician calls for ban on Telegram, because of criminal activities there. I'm quoted in the Volkskrant newspaper:

'A blanket ban is disproportionate to the problem (...) If the state restricts freedom of expression at all, it should always choose the lightest measure, such as, in this case, having a particular message or user blocked.'
