i get that sometimes too but, and not to alarm you, i also had a developing problem with my kidneys and spleen... energy drinks and seed oil fried potato chips were probably the main contributors, and backing up the rear was beer
i haven't had this as much recently since i stated taking extra potassium, magnesium, cutting out/down on the energy drinks, drinking more water
the thing that was most memorable for me was having a thought and then literally in the moment between having teh thought and going to do something on my pc, i'd be struggling to recall what i just thought, forgetting many things that i used to be good at remembering
i'm pretty sure that the number one issue with all of this is chronic high blood sugar, and dehydration, there are many contributors to this, some i have listed, others you may never have heard of
like, not consuming enough potassium containing foods... this means, not meat, but stuff like bananas and potatoes
magnesium is an especially hard one, and doubly if your digestive system is in a bad way and like me, i have celiac, so if i put seed proteins into my gut, everything goes faster, and the result is not enough magnesium, as it's the slowest to absorb
i also was reminded about vitamin A too, this is an important one, and the absolute best sources are liver, and carrots, in that order... the best liver is goat liver, as i recently discovered, really mild flavor for liver
but above all of it, i just will say i'm pretty sure it's from excessive blood sugar, which causes the formation of amylose starches in your blood, and these little fragments of waxy glucose plastic interfere with the movement of neurotransmitters and the flow of electrons through other tissue like muscles, and in general probably interferes with the normal function of stuff that goes on between your neurons, the astrocytes especially, they are little starfish that run around joining synapses together
