Observe that strife/conflict at one level is necessary for organized well being on another.  White blood cells are in the war, always.  Yet, this conflict is necessary to maintain life at a higher level. 

Politics is that way, imho.  Human ownership will end, in time.  But that will not stop the lower level conflict necessary to maintain higher level social order.
