I agree, but I seem to have a mental block where running is concerned. I could play midfielder in soccer which causes you to run non-stop for an hour while chasing a ball, but you tell me to run on a track or a trail and I think I'm going to die in about 15 seconds. I will never be a runner. On the other hand I dash everywhere. I dash to the door. I dash to the printer. I dash downstairs and back upstairs. I move a lot and fast, but don't tell me to run.
