Is anybody working on an anonymous whistleblower microapp for Nostr?

Naturally, any Nostr client could be used by a whistleblower to get their information into the public sphere anonymously, but I’m talking about a microapp specifically built for this purpose, with enhanced capabilities to protect any possible tracing of the whistleblower by highly-motivated security agencies.
