A WIN FOR RUSSIA 

Slovakia, a small country of 5 million, voted this weekend. 

A populist former prime minister and his leftist party won early parliamentary elections in Slovakia, staging a political comeback after campaigning on a pro-Russian and anti-American message. 

Slovakia had delivered to Ukraine its fleet of the Soviet-era MiG-29 fighter jets, the S-300 air defense system, helicopters, armoured vehicles and much-needed demining equipment.
