No because I got over Covid really quickly, but I have gotten depression from not feeling well for extensive periods of time. I got super depressed this time last year when my endometriosis was really painful. I think it was mostly from being stuck inside and having no energy. I wasn’t able to get outside and move around or socialize for a while.
I'm literally a contradiction within myself because I'm an introvert who feels isolated but sometimes can't stop herself from seeking such isolation, then wishes was around people??
I am sure it has to do also with how we feel because we don't always feel the same way, so we do feel more capable of socializing. I was always an awkward child who grew to be a weird (and very artistic) adult. I can relate to the pain, I struggle with abdominal tearing pains from adhesions from a surgery.
I am praying you don't push yourself too much because you need to let your body heal RIGHT, so no extra tissue starts forming from any effort while healing is still happening.
Keep yourself hydrated, and use lots of lotions and stuff. Surgeries are no joke, I'm wishing perfect healing for you! (And me! 😉)
