A disfigured man with alien head, body and legs, huge balls that are disfigured.  Black head yet white upper torso.  Walking through exploding flak ordinance.  Other aliens getting blown up all around him.  

Or possibly just random ink blot art.  From a couple of colors of ink, a folded paper and set to dry after.
