once a girl had her first period she can consent to sex with a man.

once a boy had his first wet dream he can consent to sex with a woman.

anything happening before this is not sex - it is child being molested.

molesting children should be a crime, but i would not use the word "rape" to describe it unless coercion was involved.

rape to me is when there is penetration against the will of one of the people involved.

sexual assault to me is when there is touching of sexual nature against the will of one of the people involved.

if you can convince a prepubescent child to do sexy things with you that should be illegal and it should be punished but "rape" is not the right term to describe it IMO.

overusing terms such as "nazi" or "rape" weakens such terms to the point of being meaningless. 

there are real nazis in this world and there is real rape - calling everybody a nazi or rapist doesn't make you a better person - it makes you a clown.
