cofe has improved my headache somewhat 🙏  also having some eye watering and woke up with a bit of a sore throat and tummy ache.  no clue what caused it. 

i was grinding some on the mill yesterday but used dust extraction so didnt seem to make much dust.

gut feeling is that i got blasted by some germs but i have no idea where
