 After I did the procedure that my friend @12c805a5  guided me, to perform here in @damus;  I noticed that it is not all the notes that the #Lightning “⚡️” appears next to the “🤙🏼”.

With that in mind, is there any reason for that, friend @Derek Ross ?! #asknostr #nostr #damus

 I think they just don’t have zaps set up on their profile, so it doesn’t give you the option to zap - which is better than having it and getting frustrated it doesn’t work imo

 Damn! That makes sense... Having Lightning in my view is so normal around here, that I didn’t think about the possibility of the user not having it; it’s like a person not having identity documents, it seems unlikely - but it can occur.

 When people don’t want zaps it can hurt us zapoholics deep down inside. But everyone has their own valid reasons, so we ultimately must accept their decision with grace
