kalau di runut ujung pangkalnya, ujungnya rakyat, dan pangkalnya adalah uang pemerintah. uang nya sudah broken. sudah rusak. mau diapakan juga sudah rusak. bayangin aja rakyat nabung uang di bank, hanya 5 persen saja yang disimpan di bank, 95% sisanya di kreditkan lagi. lalu dikreditkan lagi. lalu dikreditkan lagi... fractional reserve... 

niatnya mencegah kerusakan. tapi kalau barang rusak harusnya kan dibuang dan diganti dengan yang baru. bukan dipertahankan...
