and when they recoil, say “no, you’re the ones equating blackness with ugliness, the design is ugly, you’re hiding behind race because you’re too incompetent to make beauty”

At least then the twitter threads will be less stale. It’ll never change anything, but hiding behind source material doesn’t address the problem
