The sad reality is 99 out of 100 are coasting on canons and creeds and other religious, political, and cultural traditions, and not really even considering the lines--not to mention the jots and tittles...😢
To clarify, I'm not saying anything against creeds and confessions per se, which (though some have erred) are often beneficial summaries of what *the lines* actually teach. 99 out of 100 are putting more effort into making the Bible say what they want it to say rather than trying to figure out what God really said and meant.
