 I’m glad to hear you’ve taken an interest and care about your child’s nutrition. But I think some of what you’ve read is just flat out wrong. 

In no reality is bread and granola good for humans. The fiber in fruit does reduce corresponding insulin response but there is still a response. Fiber itself isn’t beneficial or necessary in any capacity. Nor are the lectins in fruit. 

It’s very well proven now that fatty ruminant meat is the optimal food for humans. The further you get from that, the more detrimental the food is to the human organism.
