🤗 thank you so much any beater/first cars you'd recommend, so i can have something set out as a dream 😄
😄 I will always recommend a lovingly used Japanese car. Less headaches and will last a bit longer.
well i was thinking toyota already😄
See? You’re well on your way already. Great start!
I don't know much about the insides of a car, but just thinking of working on one sounds really fascinating and new, excited to own and learn one soon 🤗
Best, most reliable car I’ve ever owned was a 1995 5 series E34. Sadly quite old now and also shot up in price too. I’d agree with AK - an economical and reliable Japanese cart to get you started…
can't believe that was already 29 years ago, eh jesus japanese is the way, sucker for anything japanese tbh 😅 like this is me https://image.nostr.build/e2c39fca607d7ebb6e68c6f7437ffd781bb59e6e8f6d3511e7eaed166c534910.jpg
There was a time when BMW made them to last.. a bit longer. 🙂 My friend’s E36 M3 still runs to this day with 250K miles.
Definitely. It was so reliable. I had a W124 Mercedes before it and that, despite being renown for reliability, did not compare (mainly due to its belt-driven 4-pot, distributor cap-firing setup compared with the BMW’s chain driven, smooth 6-cylinder block and its electronic firing. Miss it to this day…
