Google Passkey: A Secure Alternative to Traditional Passwords?

Did you know that Google has introduced a new way to log in to your account, called passkeys? This innovative technology eliminates the need for passwords, providing increased security and convenience. With passkeys, you can enjoy seamless login experiences across devices.

To set up a passkey for your Google account, simply visit g.co/passkeys and follow the prompts. You'll be asked to create a passkey using biometric authentication or a hardware security key. Once set up, you can use your face, fingerprint, screen lock, or hardware security key to log in to your Google account.

Passkeys are designed to provide enhanced security, as they require physical possession of your device to access your account. Additionally, if you lose your device or have it stolen, you can remove the passkey and revert back to using your password.
