Instances like Hexbear that spread facist propaganda should be excluded but the center of FOSS communities Lemmy.ml is sadly run by the Lemmy creators who also run Lemmingrad so that's going to be a real challange and causes right wing trash to flood alternatives like Lemm.ee and make those unusable.
