Fun fact: while traveling with firearms is difficult if not impossible, traveling with body armor is frictionless.

I've traveled to dozens of countries with soft body armor and nondescript armor like bulletproof clipboards. Never been stopped a single time. I suspect you can get away with pretty much anything that's not a steel plate.
Just imagine if there was a way to memorize your financial secrets and then disclose them to a special technology that revealed them when needed.
Or even divide those secrets into smaller portions and hide them in separate locations.

 I like AR500 armor.

Unfortunately it looks like the place I sourced clipboards from closed down but there are plenty of clipboard providers. I'd suggest buying several and actually shooting one to verify it works.
I travel with a bulletproof panel in my backpack in case I need to use it as a shield. No problems traveling with it.
Maybe I’m wrong, but isn’t this a part of your personal security setup that would be better to not share?
Folks should assume I am armed and dangerous at all times.
 Because of Basketball Americans?
Note that it's illegal to own, transport, or wear body armor in a bunch of Canadian provinces unless you have a permit.

Yes, this is utterly fascist.
 Are clipboards illegal? 😏
Under Canadian law certain size ranges of pipe can be illegal to possess because they can be considered blowguns. Of course, this becomes a matter of selective enforcement because it's utterly insane to ban common sizes of piping.

If your clipboard is bulletproof, I'm sure it could be considered illegal.
Though no one will know it's bulletproof unless they shoot it, which means it did its job...
