It can officially send and recieve dummy nostr notes.  Next up real nostr notes. Then UI work begins.

Will be releasing the source code and Making it fully FOSS for any python  devs that want to help.  As I have said, ai am a terrible dev, it's poorly documented, but works!

Global HF packet radio is the next step in decentralized NOSTR access!
