 Freedom of speech and the right to denfend oneself against things like oppression and aggression are unalienable rights.

An Unalienable right is a right that you are born with, and it cannot be taken away, not even by a 100% majority rule. It can't be legislated away. It can't be ruled away by a supreme court, and government entities cannot add qualifiers to.

Governments claim they can infringe on unaliebable rights, but they have no authority and no moral justification to do so.

The US Constitution doesn't grant these rights. It explicitly reminds the government that it shall not infringe on unalienable rights.
