The only weight loss thing that has ever worked for me is OMAD. In the past couple weeks I've been doing 10k daily walks with one meal a day (9oz steak) and I've already lost 8 lbs. Turns out less calories in = less weight. shocking. you only have to deal with a slight feeling of hunger for 2-4 hours every day, but in the fiat food era this is unacceptable for most people.
