Agree 100% that eCash is in the same category. That is why I am working with Calle to write Auth spec for minting/melting tokens. 

Why haven't they go after the team/people of Electrum? Electrum is not running any servers nor getting direct monetary benefit from the software. 

In both Samurai and tornado cash, they monetarily benefited from money moving in their servers. 

Entire lightning network size is about $400M. So it is small for them now. Once it crosses $1B they will start to go after.
