I have a #S9 #antminer with only 1 working #hashboard.
But it also reduces #hashrate down to 200 Gigahashes after about 5 minutes running.
It comes with an error message
ERROR bosminer_hal::sensor: Sensor hb7[ii_hwmon::tmp451::TMP451]: read failed: I2C error: general error Hashchip: no response for read_register(reg=0x20) from chip One(61)
It means on Hashboard 7 (connector 7 of control board) sensor #TMP451 has a read fail.
There is a #I2C (bus) error. I am not sure what "chip One(61) really means, but I guess One means because it is the only tmp451 chip and 61 stands for the location (it is located next to Hashchip 61).
I found a few informations in different forums and on #zeusbtc.com (what is an awesome library for fixing mining hardware)
I unsolderd the #heatsink of hashchip 61 a found the senor. It looks pretty dirty (see pic) so I cleaned it an mounted the heatsink again. I will test the #miner tomorrow.
Maybe I am lucky and that was it. If not I will first try to run it with reduced power.
The (first) goal is to have at least one hashboard running stable.
