Consistency is massive. It trumps quantity. For example, for runners, getting out a few times a week (if that’s the goal) is more about getting out a running a bit (say 1KM versus the 5 or 10, etc you normally might run) versus not running at all, to then have a week(s) float by with no running occurring as one settles in a sea of feel like crap excuses. Applying this type of consistency in various areas is significant. It’s more about enjoying the journey versus the high of starting (which is amazing) or reaching a summit/end goal. Small consistent steps matter. 🤙
