The leaves are slowly drying up and turning yellow and this is a sign that the garlic should be harvested. From the time you peel the flower until the leaves dry out, the garlic bulb grows by up to 25%, so it's worth waiting.  #foodstr

 GM! This is a polish winter garlic called Harnaś and it has this red "skin" colour. Inside ot is white like any regular garlic 🙂
