I don't know if Biden's at all aware of anything at this point and I wonder if Harris will go for the 25th Amendment to get the role as acting President of the USA to strengthen her position against President Donald J Trump if she is going to in fact be the official nominee coming out of the DNC next month at the United Center in Chicago.
