It always feels a bit awkward when I put them on. But I love what it does for mobility
I’m sticking with it, in a couple weeks I will try working out with them.
Nice! I find it really helps for mobility during training. I wouldn’t be able to tell you which portion is due to the barefoot and what portion is due to the toespacers, since I started both at the same time
